International Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement

Some of the most meaningful social and environmental initiatives are only possible through collaboration.

Over the past several years, I have led communications and engagement efforts across a network of 44 partner organisations spanning Latin America, Europe, Australia, North America and Africa. These collaborations brought together NGOs, universities, social enterprises, foundations, private companies and community-led initiatives working towards shared social and environmental goals.

Approach

My role involved creating communication systems that supported long-term collaboration while respecting the identity, objectives and communication guidelines of each partner organisation.

This included developing co-branded campaigns, partnership announcements, fundraising communications, event promotion materials, educational programme assets, newsletters, reports and digital content designed to strengthen engagement across diverse audiences and stakeholders.

Beyond content creation, the work required continuous relationship building, active listening and coordination between organisations with different priorities, cultures and ways of working. The objective was always the same: ensuring that partnerships felt collaborative, visible and mutually beneficial.
