Approach

My work begins with understanding audiences through research, market insights and digital behaviours, translating communication goals and organisational priorities into content strategies aligned with clear objectives and audiences.

From there, I develop editorial pillars, publication calendars and storytelling frameworks informed by audience insights, platform trends and emerging conversations, designed to create consistency across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook.

Beyond individual posts, I create digital ecosystems that allow audiences to continue engaging with a topic through newsletters, downloadable resources, landing pages, videos, interactive tools and automated communication flows.

I have also led the creative production behind digital campaigns, including photography, video capture, social media video scripting, copywriting, editing direction and coordination with designers and editors to transform ideas into engaging multi-format content.

After publication, I monitor performance metrics and audience engagement to understand what resonates, identify opportunities for improvement and continuously optimise future content strategies.
